What a delight it is to welcome Sarah
Creason as our newest counselor. Sarah is
a two-time graduate of Campbellsville University with a Bachelor of Science in
Psychology (2008) and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy
(2012). She is currently a Marriage and
Family Therapy Associate in the commonwealth of Kentucky.
Sarah has served as the Women’s Housing
Coordinator for Campbellsville University from 2014-2019 where she provided
leadership, training and guidance to all female Resident Directors on
campus. She served as a Resident
Director as well from 2011-2019, overseeing a female dormitory of 136 students.
Married for 11 years to
Trent Creason, Associate Pastor at Lowell Avenue Baptist Church, and Director
of Student Activities at Campbellsville University, the couple has three
children. Speaking of her passions,
Sarah says, “I thoroughly enjoy helping
people be the person God created them to be and love helping them achieve their
goals. I’m very passionate about providing people with Christian based
counseling and the importance of honoring God’s intention for marriage and
family.”
Sarah enjoys working
with persons of all ages and takes special delight in working with couples and
families. Through her work in counseling
through the university, she has worked with such concerns as depression,
anxiety, spiritual concerns, and men’s and women’s issues.
